Which version of Photoshop are you using? Have a look at the slice tool in photoshop help, then you'll need to export to web under the file menu.
Alternatively, have a look for the sitegrinder plugin for photoshop, does all of this for you and can even produce CSS rollovers etc

Or just use Image Ready the program what is comming with Phototshop Smiley

Or just convertit to png slide and cut it piece by piece and write the html code by hand Smiley

Go to File > Save for Web

From there you can choose how you want it coded(tables or css)
