scrolling record by record in a database

hey guyz i need help here. i have a database in access and i acess it on a webpage using asp but the code i have it reads all the records in a table using a loop.
now i want to be scrolling through record by record i.e. only one record is displayed on the webpage and by using next links one goes to the next record.

pliz any one knows how
