complete mysql backup

hi,
i have a problem with backing up my mysql DB.i run a modded forum with some hacks.in my forum control panel it shows that there is 12MB as my DB size.But when i backup using phpmyadmin with a complete backup with all data and structure i get only 6 MB.half of the tables are missing.Does anyone know how completely backup my database??

I don't knwo how cPanel calculate the size of database. If it get the indexes in calculation then 6MB could be ok.

but the problem is the additional tables that i had added from modifications are not in the back up.

Did you add tables or database ? If are databases you need to do a separate backup for them.
