Hi,

 This is the day of the mysql questions Smiley
 Anyway I just installed a new server and I cannot connect to mysql server. Is working from localhost but NOT from remote hosts.


Any help appreciated

You have 2 possibilites:

1. look at bind directive from my.cnf it is setup on 127.0.0.1 (Mysql 4.1 ?)
2. skip-networking is in your conf and you need to comment this directive (Mysql 4.0 ?)
