 Everyone knows that .com is most valuable but which is the next .net or .info ? .info is fairly a new TLD but it has a rapid growth.

I think .info is quite good.
It's for information, so I guess probably it is more "search engine friendly" such search engine likes content.

i think .net is better that .info because
1:.net 3 letter
2:.net is more popular

I think in most cases .NET is better but there are some reference or information sites that would go better with .INFO
