CSS Help

I would like to change my default theme color.

I've Toyota related website and would like to have red/white website but still to have default as my primary theme.

I don't know much about CSS but i did tried to exchange couple of things and it did work half way LoL.

See instead of having "baby blue" tabs and title bars and stuff, i would like to have it red.

Now i also notice that i could only exchange that one gif file but i dont know yet which one ?

Any help here?
