I used to think they were total s**t but if I sumbit a stumble to those of a quality post and I can build traffic off of the back of those people that frequent those sites, why not do it?
While they want me to stumble everything back of theres I won't do it unless it is a decent post.

stumble and digg are good source of traffic to build your average blog up if you have undiscovered contents..
