Post exchanges with people who know about your subjects are the best way to go, that way your regular members have a lot of informative responses.
And your content is better as well.

contest works for some tiime but we are unable to expect that we would get that much posters but i am too planning to run conest on my forum but need more $$$ then only forum comes in good way

... and this is one-on-one post exchange?  You're not really interested in a group post exchange like Post Fusion?  It's a pretty good system to keep track of post counts.

Never heard of post fusion.
I have a tight little crew on my forum, everyone has IT related forums but we cover a good spread so Im of the opinion that although it might be post exchange its something we all enjoy and its not uber strict so we post when a topic interests us and thus generates more interesting content.
It also means that even if someone falls behind for a month or two they can make it up without having to worry about a number on a piece of software.
