MPG to MP4??

Hi, I have problem in mpg to mp4 conversion. I cannot play .mp4 and .mpg at the same time. Is there any option how can I convert mpg mp4? I tried suggested settings, but mp4 doesn't work . Thank you for response

     I think Total video converter is better for you,please use it and try again to play it.
