Im curious how we can increase relevance even more. I have sites that get relelvant links, but dont rank and I was curious if there was any way to determine what google thinks is relevant. They do have high allinanchors: too

IE - what does google do to determine how relevant a backlink is? Do they go strictly off the content on that page?

Knowing this will save alot of time.

To recognize relevancy of a page google first see the title of the page, then h1, h2 tag and then content of the page. Therefore it is good to rank soon a website by building relevant link.
