Outlook Calendar is sufficient to me right now.  I thought about using online Calendar like Google Calendar, but I have no urge to start using it.

Create a to-do list and keep reminding me to finish certain tasks.  There are times I have hard time motivating myself, and to-do list really helps.

I use Google Calendar all the time. I love that its online and I can access it from anywhere but I also love that you can have your alerts sent via SMS to your cell phone!

Right. Google offers the service for free. You are only charged if your carrier has fee's for SMS message. I have an unlimited SMS message plan! Smiley
