Just an optimisation query that I have been thinking about.

If I had a website selling say widgets and say had 10 different products in 10 different categories such as red widgets yellow widgets etc.

Each category would only have 10 products and the keywords etc associated with those products which may not be keyword or content rich due to the lack of products.

If I then added a site link along the lines of “All widgets” and pointed it to the results page of a previous search so that it showed all 100 items.

Would Google and Yahoo be able to spider this results page which would then have a lot of content and keywords or would I be penalised in any way?

I am aware that the page would not have any meta tags so this may affect Yahoo.

Any opinions on this?

Regards
