Ranking Drop Question

Has anyone experienced a sudden drop in rankings after making a few minor text revisions / additions to a website.

I think in total there were 2 new pages added and about 1 page of content in various spots throughout the site.

They had pretty good rankings before the revisions and then a sudden drop.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.
