Today i checked my site links on google when i typed site:islamabadcommunity.com google shows many links and when I try site:www.islamabadcommunity.com, google shows only 1 link.

Please advise me why google considered same domain as two different domains ?

it does the same to me.... well when you look for backlinks...adding www is not so friendly with the algorithm i think....
