Website title in Joomla

Hello Everyone,
I'm using joomla 1.0.15 with SEF Advance bridged with smf SMF 1.1.8 with Ostrio's bridge.
Currently the  title in all pages has been showing like:
[SITE NAME] | [CONTENT TITLE] ...
It has been recommended to change it to:
[CONTENT TITLE] | [SITE NAME]

How could I achieve this?
