Hi,

I have a BIG problem. One of my servers from "SOME HOSTING" it's just crashed ... not totaly but when I try to reboot I get and "input/output error" and the commands like reboot and shutdown are not working. Is any other possibility to reboot the server ?

Thanks in advance

Did you work until now with sysrq keys ? you can use this keys remote in this way:

echo s > /proc/sysrq-trigger #for sync
echo u > /proc/sysrq-trigger #for unmounting disks
echo u > /proc/sysrq-trigger #for rebooting

I hope this helps ...

Regards
