I just want to develop a new site . I'm a begginer with php and perl. I want to do a simple frontend for an arcade portal and I dont know waht to use ! perl or php ?

For a website php is recommended !

Perl is ok for server scripting ...

Php my friend. You can code realy fast with php. You don't need to learn to much if you undertsand som programming
