I have a big problem because my pages were duplicated in Google's index.

I had this option enabled in SEO4SMF "Remove board from front of topic ?"  Then I discovered that google was indexing pages with the Board name in the url.  I discovered that it was getting those url's from my rss feed.

So I opted to remove that option and now all my url's have the Board name in the URL.  The problem is that the old URL's are still accessible.  I need to put some redirect that will take this: "site.com/topic.html" and redirect it to "site.com/board/topic.html".

Can someone please help and tell me what redirect I need to do?

PS. I noticed that this forum has a redirect in place that is doing just that.
