I am not sure this is the right board, but is there a way to create a hyperlinked table of contents in a single page (containing hyperlinked topic titles only) for each board with or without this mod? (Preferably without, as in my board I tend to change topic titles often - people ask for translation questions and translation is added - and it would not be ideal in my case).

I have SMF RC3

Yes indeed! (You read my mind?)
Even simpler than that, I only need the hyperlinked topics column.

Yes, a separate list of topics for each board, although something like this http://www.webmasterstalks.com/sitemaps-1.html does not bother me as I can edit it myself.

The point is, would I be able to only have this feature (i.e. sitemap feature) without the URLs being changed?

What do you mean ... do you want to have url's like /index.php?topic=100.0 ?

Yes, now I get URLs like:

http://www.translatum.gr/forum/index.php/topic,7397.0.html

And since I change the topic titles all the time, I would not want to use the URL rewrite features of the mod.
