Ehhm... this is from Adsense i think.....
You should not place it somewhere in your Source-code if you're not using adsense to earn Money.

I now read a bit about it, but my question is how to implement it in the Forum and only for the head-text and posts?
In which Forum-php-file we can implement this?
Thinking about some "echo '<!-- google_ad_section_start -->' " and so on....
