how do i unistall seo4mf manually

i installed prety url a couple of weeks ago in my forum www.10007.co.cc

but today after installing seo mod it all went wrong

i cant have to open admin panel with the link http://10007.co.cc/admin

i tried to enterd in to the admin panel with http://10007.co.cc/index.php?action=admin

it worked

i cant have to remove seo4smf mod or disable it.

please tell me the steps to unistall it manually
