Uninstall old version delete it and after that install the new version. Don't forget to click on SaveXml before that.

Previous version still working flawlessly; thanks again.

In view of the major issues with my existing install I am reluctant to uninstall and re-install updates.

I assume that means re-configuring it every time as well?

Can I request that future updates are incremental; i.e. simply update the entire installation to the latest version by installing it; as with SMF updates for example?

Thanks.

Nope .... in config panel you have Save XML. Just click on it. On the next upgrade the installer will get the values from seo4smf.xml saved in boarddir.

First I need to get a stable core of the mod after that I will come with incremental updates.
