I have installed SEO4SMF and it is working perfectly apart from one irritating bit.

When I post a new topic, or modify a current one, and hit 'save', it saves the topic OK, but then redirects me to the pre-SEO4SMF url.

eg. http://mydomain.com/index.php/topic,3.msg5.html#msg5
instead of the rewritten address of :
http://mydomain.com/general-discussion/my-post-name-t3.0.html

..... is it a bug, or have I messed up somewhere on the install?

You forget about RewriteBase.

Uncomment and RewriteBase  / in your .htaccess file,
