SEO 4 SMF when using Joomla

I have Joomla 1.0.11 and SMF 1.1RC2 Joomla and SMF are bridged.
I have installed SEO 4 SMF 0.1.7 on my test environment as i am using SMF 1.1RC2. I am encountering some issues :

1- My forum is a non-english forum and the URL is keeping the accents like
