Seo multi-language problem (Example: Bulgarian and Russian)

hi I have a problem that executives seo friends and some friends work on a topic I think will see ..

My problem as follows: Bulgarian text me on my site when at least 2 or 3 mis was my seo links are extended, although that utf8 is not directly the Bulgarian alphabet into the English is like agdgdh .. between that character is the problem ...

Example: Усещам те още (more hisediyorum mean)
