SEO4SMF I Need Help! Bug when I add post...

I installed seo4sm and it is working well besides some bugs.

When I'm adding new post or make modification there is bug and it doesnt redirect me to forum but to blank page.

I showe in browswers:

http://l2forum.bzik.us/seo4smf-redirect.php?b=4.0

and appear only balnk page.

My domain is http://l2forum.eu this is addon domian for http://l2forum.bzik.us/ 


I add new post on l2forum.eu and when click add I am redirected to
http://l2forum.bzik.us/seo4smf-redirect.php?b=4.0

Please help me, it is important to me.

I also have a problem with polish characters.... How I can change its to normal leters e.g. ó to o

I had seo4smf installed on 5 forums, I asked for help for 2 months, the author only gave the same response which was no help at all. As I see, 6 months after I uninstalled this mod, the same problem is still apparent and there is no support. I am submitting a request that SMF remove this mod from their site.
