I am using TP and SMF with lates Seo4SMF installed.

Mostly running nice, but big problem with URLS.

Some use "-" some use  "%20" - even to the same page and even though Seo4SMF is set to use "-"

hmm - I checked with IE7 and I am seeing the same fluctuations as with Firefox.

Thought I had better double check, so I ran Xenu spider over it and the problem was still there.

This is a major problem Sad

You are talking about a different problem. Your database is fully UTF-8 ?

I did not convert it to utf 8 but on smf turkish forums many people complain about the conversion. After conversion they messed up their forums and have to set up again.

You need to try Smiley Just backup all your database put your forum in maintenance ... You need the conversion or just use replace accented chars.
