I am trying to find some sort of dynamic html or php based site, that will allow me to edit lock and save html pages in specific folders.

Here is the situation:
At work we are using .doc's and we have to print that out and stuff, now the .doc is a locked based template. So to save some good amount of trees i would like to have something on our intranet but i just don't know what or how, see developers open the doc and type the instructions for us and save it in specific folders where other files are at, then we look at it and print, SO if there is a possibility to replicate same situation just with html or php that would be awesome.

I was thinking to use something like drupal or wordpress but i dont know where that thing is saving stuff, ill have to download it install it  etc.
