I like the theme but it's a little bit overloaded I think ... I'm not a webdesigner expert but I think you can do some improve in colors ... in rest seems to be Gooood !

If it is possible to add some transparency (I am not sure about it right now but you may add something using the CSS opacity. However, I am not sure about it right now. I don't have time to try it - or search for it - nowadays)   , the visibility of the background will increase and that would become better (in my opinion of course).
