I think it is a nice clean look.  Good design and fairly simple to navigate.  At times it is a little busy, but I think that is the nature of many Webmaster forums.

I think the logo can ne much better!
and personally, I think you should replace the whole skin... it's looks too simple.

I gotta tell the truth... I don't really like it. It's good but not AS good as it CAN be.

Don't flame me or anything, but IMHO it's a little ... "messy". I'm not too sure how to explain it exactly. For example many parts of the site doesn't fit in with each other (like the ads). Another suggestion from me would be the logo being a little unattractive.

But overall it's a good forum with good purpose and great content!
